The name tags will bear QR codes containing relevant information about a bona fide delegate. Using a mobile phone, one can scan the front QR code and conveniently obtain a delegate's full name, APO Chapter and batch year, AA affiliation, phone number, email address, whether voting or non-voting and so forth.

The QR code on the back of the badge contains information for administrative purposes such as whether the delegate is fully paid, and eligible to be in the BOD meeting, APO Night, Centennial Gala, or other activities during the event.

The badge must be worn at all times during official convention functions including outdoor activities.
